Hi, I'm Nandita.

I'm a creative leader with over a decade of experience spanning design, retail, and people management. I am someone who's equally comfortable in a strategy meeting and on the shop floor, aligning teams around a vision and making it real.

My work sits at the intersection of design thinking and operational leadership. I've led people, shaped brand experiences, and built the kind of team cultures where good ideas actually see the light of day. I'm drawn to roles that ask me to hold the big picture and the detail, where creative direction and cross-functional leadership aren't separate jobs, but one.

I believe the best design outcomes come from clarity: clear values, clear communication, and teams that feel genuinely supported. That's the kind of leader I aim to be.

Outside of work, I'm a tarot card reader, a practice rooted in empathy, reflection, and helping people find their own clarity. It feeds the same instincts I bring to leadership.

I'm also a sister, an aunt, and a wife, which means I've had a lifetime of practice navigating complex personalities and still getting everyone to the table.
